I have a client who is using a copy center program I developed which allows 1200 teachers to submit print jobs over the internet using WebDirect. Teachers insert PDF files into a container field ... but each day this slows to a crawl and then stops uploading. When this happens there has been a hung WebDirect session that cannot be disconnected using the FMS console. Restarting the Web Publishing engine solves the problem. This has been going on since they updated to v16. I have reinstalled FMS according to FileMaker tech recommendations and we have moved the server out from behind a firewall with no effect.
