I'm in the middle of upgrading our licensed seats for FM Cloud. We have a BYOL license and this requires terminating the current subscription and starting a new one with the license upgrade.
The automated instruction email they sent has a link that I believe terminates the subscription on Filemaker's side (step 6 of the email). That link doesn't work. I get a 404 error.
I haven't continued with the last step which is to cancel the subscription on the AWS side. I don't know what would happen if I continued on without canceling the FMI side first. I'm not leaving FM Cloud, just starting a new instance with the increased seats.
Not sure what to do. Suggestions / help would be greatly appreciated!
