Privilege Set

Something strange going on when trying to set up a new user. I have the sales team set up with their own Privilege Set. I want to add a new salesperson so I duplicate a current user (they have no log in issues) and simply change the name and I keep the password the same.

 

Now I test and log in the new user but all I get is a [No Access] grey screen. I think I have tried everything I can think of. I create a fresh new account for the person and I still get a grey no access screen.

 

I even go back in and give them full access and -success. They are in. But I don't want them to get full access.

 

Any thoughts?
