I believe my subscription is current .. why can't I see my benefits page, access my license keys or download software ?

If you read the entire thread, you will see that TSGal explained that this has changed. You will not find it in this forum anymore. Everything is by e-mail notification. A Customer Assistance representative should contact you with your information.
