Value list from calculated field shows question mark or does not display

I have a Books database with three tables:  Titles, Authors, and Titles Authors Join.

The primary key in Titles is TitlesID, the primary key in Authors is AuthorsID, and the Titles Authors Join table contains both those keys.

I would like to enter author names in the Authors table and, then, in the Titles table, select the author's name from a drop-down list of author names provided from the Authors table.

For now, I have two author fields in the Titles table, so that one or two authors can be entered.

Back in the Authors table, I have a first name field, a last name field, and a full name calculation field (First Name & " " & Last Name).

I have set up the author fields in the Titles table as drop-down lists that take values from the full name field in the Authors table.  However, the first author field drop-down shows nothing, and the second shows just a question mark.

Is there a way I can set up these drop-down lists to display full names from the Authors table?
