Login Only Works With "Full Access" Account

Hi everyone, I've been a FM user/developer for a few years now - but this is my first post!


I'm having an interesting login challenge.  I have a cloud hosted solution that I can log into just fine as an admin, but the guest account would not work.  I receive the following error message:


"Your access privileges do not allow you to perform this action."


As an experiment, I created a few accounts with different permission sets and the only ones that work are full access.  I assumed this meant I had some start up script set up that I forgot about, but I disabled the startup script and confirmed there are no script triggers on the home layout. 


Other than those obvious possibilities, I have no idea what could be causing this error. Has anyone run into this type of error before, and how did you fix it?
