AWS email error

If you have FileMaker Cloud on AWS, you may have got the new year email titled "Your AWS Free Tier limit has been exceeded for one or more AWS services".


On checking with AWS support, they advise that "This communication was sent by our automated system, and some customers received this notice in error. The usage forecasts present in that email are based on service usage for the December 2017 billing period, and do not accurately reflect usage forecasts for January 2018."


Although support is very responsive, I am not really very impressed with AWS or Orbitera.
