Time vs Timestamp Charting

I have a chart that is a graphic display of a patient's vital signs observations - blood pressure, heart rate, etc.  The x-axis is the time of the observation, the y-axis is the measurement.

When I do all of the x-axes as times, it looks fine - but the chart gets completely messed up as the anesthetic goes into the next day.

So I have to use timestamps, but it makes the x-axis look terrible, because instead of showing 23:00, 23:15, etc, it shows 1/9/2018 23:00, 1/9/2018 23:15.

Is there any way to get the x-axis to only show the time and not the date?  I have attached a screenshot showing how the two graphs look side by side.

TIA!

Dan
