Here’s the menu button file that the text doesn’t center vertically (?). Per previous post.
Ok, I took a look and was able to reproduce the issue on a different iPhone. Looks like it might be a bug and I would definitely report it to FMI. If the button bar is adjusted to 1200px, all labels went to the top, but at least they were consistent. Any thing larger than that and they would randomly shift vertically. It might be due to the padding (I removed it) and then I thought maybe the tab was interfering, neither of which resolved the issue. I didn't think to take a look at it with a browser, but I'm not sure your use case would accept that. In particular reason you're using a button bar for this?
I am using the button bar since it is easier than any other method to open
files, run scrip.....
I may revert to table agony again due to this issue.
Perhaps not, what is the file supposed to do? It looks like it might be a replacement for the Launch Center.
It is my launch center and the prototype for menus in my files as it is
easier to make the button do something than create a table with various
fields to run scripts etc
And the buttons can be made multilingual when it is created using
$$Variable and conditionally colored, hidden, etc
Thank you for your posts.
Our Development and Testing departments are aware of this centering issue on iPhones. The issue does not occur on iPads.
I have attached your post to the original report. When more information becomes available, I will post again.
So glad we weren't seeing things.
Will their be an update?
