Host not available in V13, works fine in V14

I have employees on different versions of FM from 13 thru 14. Today, the message " The file “” could not be opened. Either the host is not available, or the file is not available on that host. " appears for users on FM 13 only. Users on FM 14 can connect with no issues.


I have deleted and added back in the Host information, rebooted, and still no luck. Any ideas?
