Microsoft OneNote Functionality in FileMaker?

I like Microsoft OneNote and it would be very convenient to be able to have that kind of functionality inside FileMaker.  Has anyone seen a FileMaker developer create something similar?

In particular, one of the great things about OneNote is that the notebook can have section tabs in addition to a list of notes for each section tab. The section tabs can be created on the fly, and they can be moved or reorganized with drag-and-drop.  Likewise, the individual notes under the sections can be reordered with drag and drop.  I thought about how to do this in FileMaker but I realize the coding requirements are above my level.

Does anyone know of a FileMaker professional shop that has created something similar and has it for sale as an add-on module?
