How to deal with Multi Currency Orders

Before, my OrderTable is like below fields:

Price1

Price2

Price3

Qty1

Qty2

Qty3

TotalPrice (=Price1*Qty1+Price2*Qty2+Price3*Qty3)

It is only one local currency, but now, I wanna add more than one currency(Actually now are only 2 types of currency) to this table.

Which option is better, or if you have better options ?

Option A:

Price1

Price2

Price3

Qty1

Qty2

Qty3

CurrencyName

ExchangeRate

TotalPrice (Exchange all prices to the local price? OR May use two different TotalPrice fields, says TotalPriceUSD and TotalPriceCNY?)

Option B:

PriceUSD1

PriceUSD2

PriceUSD3

PriceCNY1

PriceCNY2

PriceCNY3

Qty1

Qty2

Qty3

ExchangeRate

TotalPrice (Exchange all prices to the local price? OR May use two different TotalPrice fields, says TotalPriceUSD and TotalPriceCNY?)

In fact, i have much more fields than this example, so i prefer using Option A, but worried about if combine all kinds of price with different currency in to one field will result in mess. When need using summary field to summerize all the order total prices, i feel also complex. I have no experience of multi currency orders, any good suggestions?
