Sharing a database

I have developed a custom app that I now need to share with two other people and I am puzzled by which is the best way to do so!!

- The two people work in different locations but both need access to the same database.

- It is likely the database will be used for no longer than two hours each day.

- The data is highly sensitive so needs to be stored as securely as possible.

I have looked at using filemaker cloud/AWS but it seems to be a complex and expensive solution to share the database with only two users. The other option would be to find a dedicated filemaker host to do the job for me, which I think could work out cheaper and be better suited to the small number of people I need to share the database with.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to recommend the best solution? Is there anything I have overlooked? Or can anyone recommend any filemaker hosting companies in the UK?
