all of a sudden we can not connect to our filemaker from filemaker go. I have it is giving me an error of host can't be found or the file cant be found. I have check firewall. any other suggestions. thanks

-FileMaker Go is more particular about non-alphanumeric characters in a File Name, so you might check that you are only using Numbers, Letters, and Underscores (if necessary).

Do you use an IP address to connect? Is it a dynamic IP that changed?

Yes I use an ip address to connect. I checked to see if it changed. We did get upgrade our network to 5G and it seems ever since we upgraded we can not connect. I put in the ip address and it shows no documents available
I didn't. I use a VPN connection back to my server.
