I was notified that FileMaker Cloud needed an upgrade. I went to the admin console and hit the upgrade button. I received the notification that it usually takes ten minutes and I will receive an email once it's done. Well, it's been over 12 hours and I have not received an email. And now I cannot access my admin console. Getting a connection issue. I wasn't having any issues at all until I tried to upgrade. I need to resolve this asap so I can stop delaying my company from tracking their projects using the FileMaker solution. No one can log in.
Has anyone come across this before? Are there any obvious solutions I'm not seeing?
My FileMaker Pro software is up-to-date. The instance seems to be running fine on AWS. I have no errors on that end. And I have great internet connection, so that can't be the problem.
