Looking for info about Server Event 730

I am trying to figure out what causes this Server Access Information Event to occur at such an alarming rate. Attached is an example of the frequency just for a single user. For all users that connect to this server this message occurred 800 times yesterday across 100 databases currently hosted. The users have been able to successfully log into their databases and the event occurs while they are logged in. Many users will leave the database open all day and forget to close it when they leave for the day. The event continues to occur even after work hours when the user is not even logged into their machine.

In my environment users authenticate using Active Directory.

The only thing I have been able to find about this event is from a known issues discussion about FileMaker Server 10

"Single sign-on authentication failed on database xxxx.fp7 using zzzz[fmapp]"

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
