I'm looking for a way to replicate the BCC function of Salesforce for a custom FileMaker CRM solution. The company I work for wants to get away from Salesforce as it's only being used as a very expensive address book. All our project management is done in an extensive FileMaker database, now we want to move the CRM information into it. The one crucial feature we use in Salesforce is being able to BCC an email address and have it log in Salesforce for conversation history with clients automatically.
Has anyone done this or know of a plugin that would accomplish this? I've seen 360Works' Email plugin that I'm going to look into, although it appears to require a user retrieval of emails and I would ideally like something more automated.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
