Changing the field color based on evaluation

I have a database that I use for tracking automation cues in Broadway shows.  I have fields called "Start Position" (automatically filled in based on the previous use's target position for that motor) and "Target Position".  Additional fields contain the acceleration, declaration rate, and velocity, as well as calculation fields to display time and units per second movement.  In some cases, a record is added for a note but the "Start Position" and "Target Position" are the same.  In this case, I would like to printout (different layout) to not print the "Start Position" or the calculations.  Or maybe print in white, so as not to be visible (field background is white).  Any ideas of how to do this?  I tried using a calculation in conditional formatting, but I don't seem to be using the textcolor calculation correctly.

Thanks for any help.
