Selecting records from a table in a different view.

@Consider the table Request that contains request for bookings of properties. Bookings can be Commercial, means the guest will pay for the use, or they can be Non Commercial, which means they will use but not pay.

I have created a text field Request::Non Commercial which can be set to On or Off in order to filter records.

I need a new view of the table Request that includes only records where Request::Non Commercial is set to Off. It has to be a different view of the table as opposed to an SQL selection, because there several additional tables and views that will be linked to the view Commercial Request.

How do I realize this via the relationships in FM ? I have thought about having a global var in a different table, for instance GlobalConstants::Commercial = "Off", but the table will be unrelated to Commercial Request.

Any ideas how to resolve this ?
