Has anyone else seen this? Seems to work fine. Log verifies that 16.0.4 server was started. Not a big issue, but curious as to why.
Just clear your browser cache and it will probably display properly. I've seen this on older version of FMS as well.
This very well could be on our end. The version notification is external to the product itself so it's possible an issue could exist. Please let me know if clearing your browser cache doesn't resolve it.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm using Remote Desktop Connection to manage the server. I'd guess that I'd have to clear the cache of the browser on the server?

Ah, yeah ESM likely nailed it, it's probably browser cache. Try launching chrome and looking at the version.
Yes, whatever browser you are using to connect to the Admin Console. If you are running the browser on the server when you are rdp'ed into the server, then yes, clear that browser's cache.
Alternatively, if you've never connected to the server before from your local machine, you can try https://theFMS_ServerURL:16000 and connect to the admin console from your local browser. Since your local browser has never connected to that FMS before, it won't have anything cached and you'll get a "fresh" view of the FMS Admin Console "web site"... and hopefully it says 16.0.4.

Well...Deleted all browsing history from IE on the server and still shows 220.127.116.114. Hmmm.
