Need Report Help

I have a database of schools within school districts.  I need to create a report that lists all schools for each district showing address and detail of the school.  (I have this part created already)  What I need to add is two key personnel to the report.  I want it to pull Principal and Vice Principal and list them with the school.  In the Schools Table, I have Principal because every school has one.  I have a SchlStaff Table where I list other school staff such as a Vice Principal but not all schools have one.  How do I pull only the Vice Principal from the SchlStaff table into my report?  I have the report all set up but I just don't know how to write it to select only that job title in the Other Staff area of my report.  Currently, it brings over whomever is the first record in the SchlStaff field.  Is there some formula that I need to write to only return "Vice" in job title?  Thank you in advance.
