Get Record counts for all entries in one field

I have a database for entering records with info about incidents that happen at multiple sites.  I have a main database that contains all of the incidents.  There are a lot of different sites so I created a relationship to another file that stores records with details for each of the sites.  I want to create a script (I'm guessing that's what it will take) that will perform a Find for each of the sites that will return a count of the number of incidents for each site for a given time period.

In other words, what I want is something that will create a list containing all of the sites from the related file along with a record count for each site for a date range.  I haven't used FMP in a LONG time and I'm kind of clueless as to how to go about doing this.  Any help would be appreciated.
