Is there someone can give me a hospital design database? or referrence for me to study? I'm a newbie, but i will try to learn?
Welcome! generally, first you define what you want to do. The variations are endless and getting a "one-size-fits-all" is not likely to happen.
And a little research can help. I found this on filemaker.com (the Partners->Made for FileMaker):
Clinic and Healthcare Management System
(Probably not the only one, but the one listed, under that link.)
There may be more under this link:
such as this customer story:
(possibly more if you Google 'filemaker hospital management')
Suggestion here still need for you to define in greater detail what you want to do.
In addition to the good information beverly provided you also need to study the law. Start with security in mind. All data in transit and at rest needs to be encrypted. Define what users will be allowed to see PHI, PCI and other private/personal information. Full audit trail is also a requirement for all your transactions. Not trying to discourage you here, but anything healthcare is not a trivial thing. HIPAA and HITECH is a good start for non development resources.
One of the elements you might find useful to consider is implementing a minimum of HL7 messaging.
Getting data from medical appliances is quite easy via HL7 and I'd invest some time to find out more about it.
A helper app in this domain is to be found here, for a mere 1$.
I'm enclosing a minimal implementation of HL7 decoding, a really basic proof of concept.
Good point. HL7 is also used if you are to exchange data with other applications from other healthcare providers.
