Emails to Outlook 2016 (365) send blank

We've seen an issue with the send mail script step that uses the local machine to send an email. This is happening to every database we have, on server and not. Clients are Windows 10, Outlook 2016 (office 365 version), and FileMaker 16 (happens on both v3 and v4). The email pops up as usual with body text, but when you click send the recipient receives an email with an empty body and when looking at the message in sent items it is blank.


I have a feeling this is an issue with Outlook, since it auto updates and nothing in FileMaker has changed, but wanted to see if anyone else is encountering this. I have tried reinstalling both Office and FileMaker with no resolution.
