WebDirect operates through the browser, so the way that browser interprets the style can be different (even significantly in some cases) than what you see in FileMaker Pro. The best way to ensure compatibility is to make sure to use the base themes as much as possible without making font changes or too many style changes. If a font is not available in a browser, the browser will automatically use what it considers a close substitution.
As for radio buttons not working, make sure to allow yourself extra space around the right side of the field. In WebDirect, radio buttons are displayed inline (no line break in between each value), so your field is likely too small to display the full content of the list. If that's not it, post a screenshot for what's "broken" there as well.
The inspector styles tab has an option to "revert changes to style". Try using that to see if the base theme styling works as expected.
I figured it out. For some reason in the "Placeholder Text" was gray. It was the default setting so not sure why it was that way. Anyways it fixed the problem. Thank you Mike!
