Sorry for the stupid question, but how can I change the language of FM16 Pro Adv.. and if its possible to change for only one specific file ?
what do you exactly mean by changing the language ? If you talk about the language for FileMaker interface, it’s easy on Windows: go to Preferences, change the interface language and restart FileMaker. On macOS, you need to use Language Switcher, a free app that let you start FileMaker, and other apps, in any Language.
If you are talking about the language assigned to a a file, the language is set when the vile is created from the system language on the computer used and can’t be changed afterwards.
FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Pro Advanced display and support the language used by the desktop operating system.Languages supported include: Worldwide English, French, Italian, German, Swedish, Japanese, Dutch, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, Korean, and Brazilian Portuguese.

(side note: there are help topics online for all these languages, too!)
FileMaker Pro 16 Advanced is fully adapted to support Central European languages and Middle Eastern version.
There are a few threads on this forum that may have suggestions:

I tried the language switcher app, but it only changes the menus language, but I have a date field that continues to display the dates in English and not Portuguese. The field storage language is set to portuguese.
On the Mac: System Preferences -> Language & Region.
I tried to use the Language Switcher app, but for some reason the date filed continues in English. All the other, menus, etc.. changes to the language I choose.
The date format has nothing to do with the FileMaker language. It is set in the inspector, and some of the choices are “short system date” and “long system date”. These format refer to the settings on the computer.
So if you want to use different format than system setting, you need save it in database file (change system setting, make clone, revert system setting) then use it (see the link Change Language in Filemaker Database? posted by beverly)
