I stopped receiving the (duplicate) daily digests on Saturday (3/3/18); now I don't receive anything. Have things changed (again)?
I still get email from FMI, my preference setting is not set to daily, it is set to once a week summary. I suggest verifying that your email setting have not changed. On IE I click the drop down button next to my avatar and select preferences.
First thing I did before posting was to verify everything looked 'normal', but this message board is anything but normal. For the life of me I don't know why they can't make it act like any typical system that just lets you subscribe and be done with it. Seems like every few months they change something which breaks the daily digests for me.
So you only get a weekly dump? I just don't have the time to be logging in and scanning for all new messages nor do I really want to wait until the end of the week to know what I've missed.
Yes, I just get weekly email. The last one I got was March 1, 2018.
I've escalated the issue to our platform provider.
I've also moved the thread to Community Feedback and Information. It's best to post questions about Community functionality there so that our team sees it. Posting to the general discussion is hit or miss.
Thanks Rosemary. Honestly, I knew that exists but I had no clue where to look for it.
Update: I found the updates. They're being marked as SPAM (I use Google apps for email). Not sure what changed on Friday/Saturday - I was skiing so I can assure I wasn't messing with anything...
