I want to allow users to run a script that exports a <TAB>-delimited file which is easy on my machine. The filemake database is file-based on a shared drive. When I export the <TAB>-delimited file to my Win10 deskTop all is fine since the [path is: filewin:/C:/Users/giese/Desktop/testfile.txt. The issue arises when a different user tries to run the script because they are not user "giese". How can I change that path to use the current Win10 Desktop of any user. I tried several variations of Windows environment variables %USER%, $USER $USERNAME with no luck.
