Is there a way to Send inline attachments through base element plugin ( i.e. to send html format signature) like we send through360 works email plugin .
There is no way to send inline attachments via any plugin that I know of.
However, with HTML formatted email, you should be able to get a Base64 encoded version of an image file, and then place that in the HTML content of the email via a properly encoded source:
Calculated in FileMaker could be something like:
"HTML BEFORE THE IMAGE <img src='data:image/png;base64, " & Base64Encode( table::container ) & "' /> THE REST OF THE HTML"
I once wrote a FileMaker script that could send HTML with inline and multiple attachments on Mac Os, using the bBox plugin.
That project remained on the shelf, because I decided that there were already better alternatives available to the community -- certainly alternatives which would have been more extensively tested.
I think that mikebeargie's suggestion is a good one -- nice/elegant use of something which is readily available.
I'd advise doing some trial runs and seeing which mail clients will support whichever means you use to render an inline image.

I don't think Base Elements supports inline emails.
But MBS Plugin does. We send our emails now with that plugin and it supports inline graphics as well as html. It's quite easy to adapt the sample project...
Thanks (as always) for your keen eye/insight.
I don't know why I got it into my head to refer to inline image content as an "inline attachment". Maybe because the mechanism for including this type of content in an email is similar to including a true attachment. Or maybe I just learned the nomenclature wrong, and it stuck in my head that way.
In any event, you are, of course, quite correct. Looks like the proper terminology which I should have used would been something more like:
"inline image content and multiple attachments".
I suspect that that same (or similar) probably goes for the OP.
Mike, you really should check details about my MBS FileMaker Plugin and come to my booth at DevCon for a demonstration.
