Web Direct: Disabling Google Chrome's pull-to-refresh feature

Hi,

I am developing a solution with Web Direct as an aspect of it. I recently realised that Google Chrome (on the other major mobile platform) has a pull-to-refresh feature when the web page is at the top. It becomes annoying for user because if a refresh is triggered by accident, user has to log in again. And that could happen over and over until user's patience wears thin.

Is there any way to disable that under the context of Web Direct? Google does provide a way to use HTML to disable that feature but I don't see a way to manipulate the HTML code. Unless I go down the path of custom web publishing?

Thank you everyone in advance.
