I am developing a solution which will allow staff people who access it through the organization's WAN to show or hide whatever toolbars they like (i.e they are unlocked). The startup script installs a custom menu for them.
When the app is accessed by their members, through web direct, the startup script hides and locks the menu and all toolbars.
I am testing this now. Unfortunately, once the file is opened using my test account and password for web direct access, it is unable to display the menus or toolbars again when opened with any other account -- including my developer account, which has full access.
Fortunately, I always test on a copy of my master, so I don't have to start from scratch. But losing access to their menu and toolbars, or sharing them with every member, are not acceptable to this client (and I don't blame them).
Is anyone else seeing this? If so, is there a workaround?
