FMS16 admin dashboard not showing valid status and activity information

On the FMS16 Status page shouldn't I see connected clients?

 

We have a developer subscription, which I understand allows several FMP16 clients and one iOS client (simultaneously).

 

I am logged in with a FMP16 desktop client - but there is no indication that there is a connected client to the database.

Further, I just logged in with an iPad, and the activity log shows that the authentication failed, even though I am clearly connected and able to interact. Similarly there is no indication that there are now two connected clients.

 

Shouldn't the FMS16 admin panel be providing real time information on these connected clients?
