FileMaker Go 13 and 14 can not connect to FileMaker Server 15 after certificate reissue.
After a mandatory reissue of a Thawte SSL123 certificate, FileMaker Go 13.0.9 and 14.0.4 can no longer connect to FileMaker Server 22.214.171.1248.
See attached screenshots of using FileMaker Go 14.0.4 and version 16 on the same iPad Pro on iOS 11. Version 16 connects without issue and has a green lock. Version 14 reports that the file cannot be opened. (A highly misleading and confusing error message, btw.)
I have also tried the certificate checker at Thawte, which reports a valid certificate. More details available for FM support if you contact me by PM.
I need this urgently resolved as many users are now without connection.
