How do you go to a link in Webviewer?

I have a webviewer on an iPad layout. The URL behind the webviewer is a $$global. There is a lot of text which has links throughout the html. eg <a name="chapter4"></a> .

How can I go to a 'name' link in the html?

I want a script to take me to that location (rather then have the user click a menu in the viewer to go to it).

Preferably on initially setting the webviewer or after it is displaying.
