I have a super simple 1:M relationship between VENDOR and APPOINTMENT.
I created a report with the main layout is showing records from VENDOR and the portal was APPOINTMENT. Typical 1:M.
The relationship in the RG is "=" VENDOR_ID to VENDOR_ID between these two tables.
Yet, what I appear to be getting is a LEFT JOIN (not an inner join) since I get VENDOR records showing with no matching VENDOR_ID key field in the APPOINTMENT table.
Filtering the portal records doesn't work either so I'm clearly missing something in the RG, probably.
So, how do you create an inner join in the RG so no VENDOR records would be shown in the report if no APPOINTMENTs exist for that VENDOR?
Thanks in advance.
