Like to import *.XLSX so when the import box opens it shows those types available.
No, but you normally don't want general users to see the field mapping dialogs either.
If you use Insert file to capture the file path to the user selected field, then you can set file type options in the insert file step that limit the listed files to those of a particular type.
A rough script outline:
Set Variable [$Path ; GetValue ( Container field or variable here ; 2 ) ]
Import Records --> specify $Path as the file to be imported.
There is a "catch" here. In order to map fields and have those setting retained in the import records script step, you need to specify files like this:
Name/path to a real file of the same format as your XSLX files that the users will import here
When setting up Import records, you refer to the actual file in order to map columns to fields. Then to test, you move or rename the actual file so that the system imports from the user selected file instead of the one used to set up the script step.
