Sorting by 'second field'

Hi FileMaker Experts,

I'm hoping someone out there can point me in the right direction…

I'd like to sort by the 'Second field' of a dynamic value list (first field is a (UUID) primary key) when it is used on a report (list) layout. Is that possible?

In the second last column of the below report layout, a script sorting by 'Assigned to', sorts correctly by the 'First field' of the value list (shown temporarily in magenta) which I understand. But I'd like the sort to be according to the Names, which is the 'Second field' of the value list (shown as a pop-up menu).

The relationship between the Job and the Talent tables are:

The dynamic value list is set up as:

The script that runs on LayoutEnter:

It seems to me that line five is deficient, because it points to a Job table field that contains primary (UUID) keys on the Job table , and what I am wanting to sort to is the TalentAccountName on the Talent Table.
