Send Mail Stopped Working

Hi all -

All of my Send Mail scripts stopped functioning properly about two months ago. I've been trying to troubleshoot it in my free time to no avail; spent 1.5 hours yesterday with FileMaker tech support and a 1/2 hour the day before with the Microsoft Outlook team - still nothing.


Macbook Pro - macOS 10.13.4

FIleMaker Pro 16 Advanced - (64-bit)

Microsoft Outlook for Mac - 16.14 (64-bit)


Default Email Reader = Microsoft Outlook


The script will bring the Outlook client to the forefront, but will no longer generate a new email. Steps in the script following the Send Mail step work fine. You can see the error message I get below. I've already tried deleting and reinstalling both the FileMaker and Outlook client.


This is killing my productivity! SMTP is unfortunately not an option.
