How to add text to all records?

You all have been so helpful! I have another seemingly simple problem that I could use some help figuring out.

I have some information (dates and text) that I need to copy to all of my accounts but I'm unsure how to add it to all accounts at once and not just adding it manually to each individually... I hope that makes sense.
