I have an field with 3000 records. I have to put a comma (,) at the end of record text . The length of text word may varies. So what will be the calculation to put comma at the end of record.
You might need:
trim ( Table::FieldName ) & ","
to remove any trailing spaces.
When all 3000 records are displayed in the found set, put your cursor inside the field you want to modify then go on top menu Records then choose Replace Field Contents then Check Replace with Calculated result" Click "Specify..." then enter the following formula: Table::FieldName & "," where Table::FieldName is the field you want to change.

Thanks for your esteem cooperation.
Both answers were working on very limited information. With a more complete description of what you want to do, different approaches might be suggested.

Rest assured that I wrote my comment without any animosity. I wanted to make sure that it was understood that my answer was part of the correct answer.
No offense taken, you are exactly correct that I was suggesting a small improvement to your suggested approach.
One more thing i want amendment in above asked query and your valuable answer that i also need the condition if that field is empty than suffixing the impression "," should be hide or escaped. Because after applying replace field contents The impression "," is visible in all records whether if the field record is empty.
So the answer is:
Case ( IsEmpty ( Table::FieldName ); ""; Trim ( Table::FieldName ) & ",")
Thanks Friend for your valuable answer
