xDBC Listener Memory Leak / Crash

The xDBC Listener memory usage is increasing from about 100 MB when it launches to just over 200 MB, then it crashes. I saw it happen a couple times, them caught it on video. There seems to be a memory leak within the xDBC Listener. I have a two step process: I am doing ODBC SQL Inserts with 6 fields (1 number, 5 text) in Table A, then Select of a batch of records in Table A, followed by Inserts into Table B (1 number, 1 or 2 text fields). Lots of records are being added. There are multiple simultaneous connections adding them. If I slow down the process by having fewer simultaneous connections, it will last longer, but still crashes.

Server 16.0.4.406

Windows Server 2016 Standard

24 GB RAM

Intel Xeon E-3 1240 v5

I video of the server during a crash is at this link:
