Autosize portal vertically, lock top and bottom

Goals as window is resized vertically.

- Change number of portal rows (row height constant).

- Portal top and bottom locked to Top and Bottom of body

- Do not loose the bottom of the scroll bar as the body is reduced.

Status (portal field autosized to Top so the portal row height does not change)

+ If portal autosize set to Top only, it floats vertically in the center of the body space as the body is stretched taller than the portal height based on the number of rows set in the portal inspector. (Portal floats down as the body height exceed portal height)

+ If portal autosize set to Bottom only, it locks to the bottom of the body as the body is stretched taller than the portal height based on the number of rows set in the portal inspector.

+ If portal autosize set Top and Bottom, it locks to the bottom of the body but floats down as the height of the body exceeds the portal height.  (Portal still floats down as the body height exceed portal height, it does not stay locked to the top)

I cannot find a autosize vs. portal number of rows that locks the portal to the Top and Bottom of the body and accordions the portal taller/shorter changing the number of rows and not loosing the bottom of the scroll bar.
