FM v16 broke my charts

This is a bit unusual but it has worked in FM v14 - v15 and stopped in FM 16.

I'm using HighCharts to generate charts in a web viewer.

Web Viewer gets "data:text/html,<!doctype html>" and then the html with the JavaScript.

HighCharts needs JavaScript libraries.

The solution has to be able to work offline so I’m referencing local files to supply the JavaScript libraries.

JavaScript library reference that works in FM v14-15 and does not work in FM v16:

<script type="text/javascript" src="file:/Volumes/BaseCamp/Users/tomvincent/Desktop/HCJava/jquery.js"></script>

(JavaScript library “jquery.js” is in a folder called "HCJava" on the desktop)

A standard web reference always works, but obviously not when user is offline.

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js"></script>

I’ve tested this side by side in the same environment over multiple database files.

What changed in v16 that suddenly breaks this reference?

Any help appreciated.
