I am having a problem with trying to attach a PDF document to an email from an iPad. I have used both Get ( TemporaryPath ) and Get ( DocumentsPath ) when setting my variable for the path of the document. I have set it up to display the document for 3 seconds before it sends the email. However, when the email gets sent, there is no document attached. My scripting is below:
Set Variable [ $$DocumentPDF ; Value: Get ( DocumentsPath ) & "SO #" & $$ShopOrder & ".pdf" ]
Save Records as PDF [ Restore ; With dialog: Off ; “$$DocumentPDF” ; Records being browsed ; Create directories: Off ]
Pause/Resume Script [ Duration (seconds): 3 ]
Send Mail [ Send via SMTP Server ; No dialog ; To: "JMcClure@MyCompany.com" ; Subject: "BOL for " & $Customer & " - Shop Order #" & $$ShopOrder ; Message: "Report generated by " & $$EmployeeName & " - " & Get ( ScriptName ) ; “$$DocumentPDF” ]
Any suggestions or ideas?
