FileMaker Pro Advanced 10 license issue

I installed fmpro adv 10 on a new computer and clicked past the correct setting regarding network install.  Now all I get on that comp when I try to open the main remote file is a warning about "license key conflict."

I tried removing and reinstalling fmpro but it does not give me choices about a network install.  Reinstalling does not fix the issue.

How can I completely remove fmpro?  There appear to be residual files, settings, etc after a normal uninstall.
