FMS 17 Admin API: Open Database, save EAR password

The Admin API allows you to open a Database and the instructions are below.  What is missing is when a database is Encrypted at Rest, the ability to save the password in the Admin Console so that the next time it is opened, a password is not needed.  This is an option you can do in the web Admin Console.  Is there a possibility that the API has an option in the header such as "Save-password" or "Save-key" to save it to the FMS?  If the web Admin Console can save the password, I'm sure there is a command for the Admin API to save the password too.  It just isn't documented.  Without saving the EAR passwords, if FMS is stopped and reopened, these files will not automatically open which is what I think is expected in most situations.
