cURL & Image Upload

I'm not finding really any hints at this, with the exception of ftp, but has anyone worked with uploaded an image file through a cURL request? I have other form data working fine (see below), but I am unsure as to how to pass a container fields contents through to the upload to be processed with the other portion of the request:

"-X POST " &

"-D $header " &

"-F \"RemoteFile="& $myFile &"\" " &

"-F \"originTerminal="& $originTerminal &"\" " &

"-F \"originCarrier="& $carrierOrigin &"\" " &

"-F \"manifestNumber="& $manifestNo &"\" " &

"-F \"dateUnloaded="& $date &"\" "

These are just the curlOptions, the $myFile is simply a placeholder for the reference to my container field. But I am unsure as to where to go from here. Would it have to be encoded or is there another method I should go by to upload the image files?

Thanks! Matt
