Following numerous attempts to resolve an issue we are having at our company with FileMaker crashing on Windows 10 machines we have no option but to escalate this to the technical guys at FileMaker.
Could anyone in the community let me know who we can speak to to get this resolved quickly. As a platinum company we feel it should be easier to get these issues resolved (this was the case when Kieran and Javier were at FileMaker).
FileMaker only crashes on a windows 10 machine connected to a windows server.
Files that have worked for years are now failing when uploaded to a windows server and connected to via a Windows 10 machine.
Any help is appreciated.
