Filemaker Cloud 17 Not Working

The Filemaker Cloud Admin console has a link to upgrade Filemaker Cloud 16 to version 17. I clicked it this morning and the whole process took about 10 min. I then logged in and my database was no longer open and I cannot connect to it. I keep getting a notification saying "Server/service not running: xdbc. Server restart failed."

I can't connect to my database, open the database, or upload a new database. I was on hold with customer support for about 45 min and they finally said they would do some research and call me back.

I'm using AWS and have a 10 seat BYOL. My Admin colsole is showing that I have "-- Seats" so something didn't connect. That should be showing "10 Seats."

Is anybody else experiencing these issues? Have you found a resolution?
