I'm confused about a report I'm running.
I have a little dog sports secretary software and I'm providing counts of how many dogs are entered by height, class, Trial, and Event Weekend. I'm pretty sure the fields are all being generated the same way but I'm not getting the correct count results.
The Count of the "Total Runs in Event" is not correct, it's not omitting the Wait List fields. However, the Trial 1 and Trial 2 count fields are correct, as well as the rest of the counts, as you can see in the following screenshots. Trial 1 is correct at 15 runs, and Trial 2 is correct at 19 runs. But 15+19=34 not 36. I have 2 runs in the Run Table that are on the Wait List.
I'm counting all the runs for the Current Event, and omitting runs that are on the Wait List, here is my script with the Find:
This is the report that results from the script, as you can see, 15+19 does not equal 36, it should be 34.
All the summary fields, in the DB, are the same...
.... etc... the rest of the summary fields for the Heights and the Classes are the same as above, and are working properly.
How come my EventCountSummary field is showing 36 instead of 34? What am I missing? I've got to be missing something. The TrialCountSummary, as well as the rest of the Summary Fields, are counting correctly and not including the Wait List as per the Find.
